Concrete Patcher / Finisher – Yard Crew

Express Employment Professionals is seeking skilled candidates for the role of Concrete Patcher / Finisher . Our client specializes in concrete architectural precast components, including panels, custom fabrication, site furnishings, and design / build consultation. They’ve been a leader in the industry for decades.

As part of the yard crew , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the final quality of precast concrete products .

Pay / Hours :

  • $20–$24 / hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (until work is finished)
  • Overtime available

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform concrete finishing using various methods, including pulling, screeding, floating, and troweling
  • Inspect concrete surfaces for defects and ensure work meets quality standards
  • Operate concrete finishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols

    • Requirements :

  • 1+ year of experience in concrete finishing or patching
  • Ability to work on your feet for 50+ hours per week
  • Reliable, with a strong focus on producing high-quality work consistently
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
