Key Responsibilities Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown Coordinate event logistics, including vendor setup, equipment organization, and guest registration Greet and engage attendees, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience Manage signage, branded displays, and giveaways to maintain smooth operations and brand consistency Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting Represent partner brands with professionalism and confidence Contribute to post-event debriefs, offering insights to improve future activations Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments Positive, approachable, and team-oriented personality Eager to learn about event coordination, brand marketing, and promotions 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
