Britton Waterworks Plumbing, LLC is a family-owned plumbing company located in the Missouri City area. We are currently seeking an outstanding individual who will take pride in being part of a team and work to support the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule customers using established dispatching software
  • Dispatching plumbing related work orders based on urgency
  • Routing calls to employees
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Invoice customers
  • Light A / R & A / P
  • Data Entry

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High School Diploma
  • MUST be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • MUST have a minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience; dispatching in a construction environment / service industry a PLUS
  • Available to work Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 PM and alternating Saturdays
  • Proficient in utilizing modern technology; for example HouseCall Pro, Service Titan, Jobber, etc
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient typing skills-minimum of 30 wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • A PLUS

    • Hourly rate - depends on experience
