RV Country is one of the largest and most respected RV dealerships in the Western United States. With over 50 years of history and a multi-location footprint across 5 states, we’re known for our unmatched customer service and a team-first culture. We're currently seeking driven, competitive, and coachable Internet Sales professionals to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do :
- Handle high-quality inbound internet leads from RV Trader, Facebook, Google, and our website.
- Respond to prospects quickly via phone, email, text, and video .
- Follow up consistently using CRM tools to keep your pipeline moving.
- Manage the full sales cycle remotely : discovery, walk-throughs (video tours), trade evaluations, deal closing, and handoff.
- Work in a team environment to hit monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate notes and tasks in our CRM system.
- Coordinate financing, deposits, delivery timelines, and document processing with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications :
2+ years of inside sales, automotive sales, RV, marine, powersports, or high-ticket phone sales.Familiarity with internet-based CRMs or lead management systems.Clear communication skills — both written and verbal.A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas or KPIs.Bilingual a plus!What We Offer :
