job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReconcile bank account and credit card accounts for multiple locations. Complete sales validations daily and resolve discrepancies with store managers. Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures. Review and maintain weekly credit card chargebacks and resolve discrepancies with store managers. Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Prioritize and respond to email inquiries. Assists with internal and external audits. Assist with month end closing including journal entries, analysis, inquires, and review. Accurately completes assigned projects by the deadline. Performs other related duties as assigned to support the accounting department. Technical accounting skills, including account reconciliation. Strong computer software knowledge / skills, including excel spreadsheets. Excellent time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Restaurant industry accounting experience preferred. Prolonged periods of sitting Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Three Oaks Hospitality is growing its team again! We are currently seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to conduct weekly bank reconciliations and assist the senior accountant with financial reporting. Successful candidates will be self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities. Additionally, candidates should have prior accounting experience, knowledge of accounting procedures, and strong attention to detail. This is a full time position. Applicants must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday at our corporate office.
