Our client is seeking a Supervising Tax Senior to join their Fort Worth office, offering compensation up to $130k. This role is ideal for tax professionals with at least two years of experience—preferably with flow-through entities and private equity clients—who are ready to take ownership of client engagements, review complex federal and multi-state returns, and lead junior team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a key member of the team, you’ll manage workflow, ensure deadlines are met, identify tax issues, and provide strategic solutions. You’ll also be responsible for coaching staff, contributing to training, and maintaining the high-quality standards our client is known for. CPA exam completion (in full or in progress) is strongly preferred.
