Operations Project Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Project Manager to drive strategic goals and operational initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the execution of annual company strategic priorities and cross-functional projects

Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes to improve operational efficiency

Support the CFO in operational oversight and coordinate executive meetings

Required Qualifications

3+ years of project management or operations experience in a SaaS or education technology environment

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives

Preferred experience working directly with executive leadership teams

Exposure to financial and operational oversight, including budgets and vendor management

PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus
