$250 per hour

About The Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist for a full-time locum-to-perm opportunity in Des Moines & Clive, Iowa . This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care in a well-established healthcare setting.

The physician will provide comprehensive ENT services including outpatient clinic visits, surgical procedures, and hospital inpatient coverage. The position involves a flexible schedule with a typical 36 patient contact hours per week, Monday through Friday, and participation in the hospital call schedule.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced otolaryngologist looking to join a collaborative team with excellent ancillary support, teaching opportunities, and access to state-of-the-art resources including onsite imaging, lab, and pharmacy services.

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements :

Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ABOTO) – Required

Active Iowa medical license or eligibility through the IMLC – Required

Full-time availability – Required

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience – Strongly Preferred

Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient ENT care

Willingness to participate in the hospital call rotation

Experience with Epic EMR – Preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
