Salary Range $62,400 - $71,200

Role Summary

The Assistant Planner supports Omni-Channel sales through executing merchandise allocation strategies and store cluster vendor / class assortment recommendations. Analyze allocation performance in order to drive top line sales. You'll collaborate with the Merchandising team to gain deeper understanding of merchandise strategies in order to optimize allocations that support the business needs. Partner with the team to quantify min / max need by category at location / cluster. Manage replenishment orders in partnership with the Planner.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for allocation of all jewelry and watch orders based on buying team intent
• This role will analyze performance by location / cluster to optimize allocation results.
• Evolve and Manage productivity file and cluster matrix at department by category / supplier
• Assist Planners with Omni inventory to ensure alignment to sales trends
• Support Planning and merchant office in recommendations of style count and unit density
• Support the operational functions and execution of replenishment
• Manage ad-hoc reporting and additional responsibilities as required
