Overview

Rastegar Law Group, a leading plaintiff-side employment litigation firm, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our team. We represent employees in class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, and discrimination / harassment cases , with a strong focus on civil litigation and trial-ready advocacy.

What We're Looking For

• California Bar membership (or pending results with anticipated admission).
• Solid litigation experience, ideally with class action or employment law exposure.
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, handle cases independently, and work collaboratively with senior attorneys.
