Media Operations Specialist

This role is mission critical to ensuring this campaigns launch on time, correctly, and with the proper tracking in place to ensure this company can measure performance and optimize.

Job Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize media operations across multiple platforms and channels

Monitor and analyze media performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement media strategies

Troubleshoot technical issues related to media delivery and playback

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for media operations

Create and maintain documentation for media workflows and processes

Collaborate with content creators to optimize media assets for various platforms

Manage media storage systems and archives

Assist in the implementation of new media technologies and tools

Provide technical support and training to team members as needed

Participate in project planning and execution for media-related initiatives

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in media operations

Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures for media handling

Coordinate with external vendors and partners for media-related services

Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for media operations

Skills Required :

Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Broadcasting, or related field

2+ years of experience in media operations or similar role

Proficiency in media management software and content delivery platforms

Strong understanding of digital video formats, codecs, and compression techniques

Experience with live streaming and on-demand video delivery

Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge of media industry trends and emerging technologies

Experience with quality control processes for media content

Familiarity with metadata standards and implementation

Basic understanding of network protocols and content delivery networks (CDNs)

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
