We’re looking for a dedicated Donation Services Specialist to strengthen relationships with hospitals across Western Nebraska and ensure donation opportunities are maximized.

What you’ll be doing :

As a Donation Services Specialist, you’ll partner with hospital teams to enhance donation success by building strong relationships, providing staff education, and supporting real-time donation opportunities. You’ll collaborate with healthcare leaders and staff, analyze and share hospital data, and ensure policies and practices support donation outcomes. By engaging hospital partners and Live On Nebraska teams, your work will directly contribute to more lives being saved through donation.

You will be responsible for :

• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with hospital stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
• Providing ongoing and annual donation-related education to hospital staff.
• Supporting updates to hospital policies and procedures related to organ and tissue donation.
• Developing and conducting hospital needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyzing and communicating donation-related data with hospital partners.
• Facilitating post-case follow-up to drive continuous improvement.
• Actively responding to donation opportunities, collaborating with hospital and Live On Nebraska teams, and problem-solving in real time.
• Documenting activities, interactions, and outcomes to ensure compliance and consistency.
