- Arrive on time and ready to work, following hospital protocols regarding attendance and time-off requests.\n\nQualifications\n\nEDUCATION\nGraduate of an accredited nursing school required.\n\nEXPERIENCE\nPreferred experience in geriatric psychiatric care; prior hospital experience is also preferred.\n\nLICENSURE\nCurrent Rhode Island nursing license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training must be completed within one year of employment.\n\nSPECIAL SKILLS\nPreferred prior experience in geriatric psychiatric settings.\n\nYNHHS Requisition ID : 161652
