You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. This position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades!

Job Requirements :  Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Mechanical aptitude is an asset Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $26.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
