with Supermarket experience to help us run the best supermarket in the area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide customers with the highest quality product.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations as per PSK Supermarkets policies.
• Process, package, and stock a full line of products according to PSK Standards.
• Possess extensive knowledge of all products sold to consumers.
• Able to write department schedule within budgeted hours.
• Properly stock and maintain all products.
• Ensure that all products are priced accurately.
• Use all equipment properly as per PSK safety policies and procedures.
• Train and develop new and existing employees in all aspects of the job.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Receive, store, rotate, and stock all merchandise.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Dress and groom according to PSK Supermarkets policy.
• Perform duties in accordance with PSK Supermarkets policies and standards.
• Complete all applicable department training programs.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow approved procedures for receiving, code-dating, preparing, storing, price-marking, scaling, and restocking products.
• Contribute to controlling freshness and quality control of the product.
• Handle damaged and spoiled products according to Company policy.
• Check refrigeration equipment for proper performance regularly; report any failures immediately.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• The Company reserves the right to transfer anyone at any time for any reason.

Preferred Qualifications :

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25-$28 an hour and up depending on experience

Physical setting : Grocery store

Schedule : Day shift / Weekends a must
