MercyOne Waterloo Endocrinology Care

  • Join two endocrinologists
  • Manage and treat patients with endocrinological diseases
  • Predominantly outpatient practice with inpatient consults
  • Large primary care referral base and multi-specialty partnership
  • Currently over a 6-9 month wait for new patients
  • Ultrasound machine located in the office
  • Fine needle aspirations optional
  • Interventional Radiology Team on site

Compensation / Benefits

  • $276K Salary Guarantee x 2 years + Production Incentive
  • $50K Starting Bonus
  • $60K in Longevity Bonuses ($20K at the completion of years 1, 2 & 3)
  • $15,000 Relocation Allowance
  • Employer paid malpractice and tail coverage
  • Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Life Insurance with shared premium
  • 2 Retirement programs : 403(b) with employer match up to 6.5 % and 457(b) Savings Plan
