Remote Prior Authorization Representative – $17 / hr | Weekly Pay + Benefits | Equipment Provided

Location : Dallas, TX Residents

Start Date : November 2025

Schedule : Monday–Friday, Any 8-hour shift between 8 AM–10 PM Central

Pay : $17 / hr | Weekly Pay | Full-Time + Benefits

Equipment : Provided | Paid Training Included

Note : Must pick up equipment in Irving, TX

Position Summary

Join a leading Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client’s remote team and play a key role in helping patients access the medications and care they need. This position focuses on processing prior authorizations and working with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and patients to ensure timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Perform outbound and inbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.

Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures.

Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits.

Partner with providers, pharmacies, and payers to obtain necessary documentation.

Accurately document all interactions for compliance and auditing purposes.

Ensure all cases are processed in a timely manner according to program guidelines.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in medical benefits verification or prior authorization (required).

Strong understanding of medical terminology, insurance claims, and authorization workflows .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment.

Must have high-speed internet (modem access required; no hotspots).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
