Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Certified Nursing Assistant to serve as a vital member of the Emergency Department float team. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential patient care across the ED, supporting nursing staff and ensuring a high standard of care in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center environment.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.Licensure : Active New York State CNA Certification and CPR certification (required).Experience : Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience. Must have Level 1 trauma experience.Technical Skills : Proficiency in vital signs, patient hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs).Soft Skills : Must be adaptable, compassionate, and able to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities
