JCO Workforce Solutions is on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale construction projects from concept through completion. This role requires strategic oversight, technical expertise, and strong leadership to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the central liaison between clients, design partners, subcontractors, and internal teams—ensuring each project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties Will Include :
- Develop and execute detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, cost, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Lead and coordinate efforts among project staff, field teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Mentor and support assistant and junior project managers to build internal team capabilities.
- Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong, transparent relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide clear project updates and status reports to clients, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Manage scope adjustments, change orders, and additional services through effective negotiation and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project budgets and forecasts.
- Track expenditures, monitor cost trends, and identify opportunities for savings.
- Oversee purchasing and invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with project financial goals.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve issues affecting schedule, cost, or quality.
- Enforce and monitor QA / QC programs to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and progress reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients, leadership, and regulatory authorities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Advanced degree or professional certifications (PMP, LEED, or equivalent) preferred.8–10 years of progressive experience in construction project management with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase projects.Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, codes, and industry best practices.
