A company is looking for a Remote Workday HCM Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consulting support to HR stakeholders on Workday functionality and optimization
Design and configure HRIS applications to enhance user experience and functionality
Gather and document Workday business requirements and contribute to the development of related documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business, or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum four years of work experience supporting HR technology
At least two years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, including Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting, and Talent modules
Experience in gathering and documenting Workday business requirements
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
