Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and property division.
• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Advocate for clients during court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide empathetic and clear legal advice to clients throughout their case.
• Manage a diverse caseload independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
• Foster strong client relationships through consistent and effective communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal representation.
• Stay current with family law developments and apply them effectively to cases.
• Minimum of three years of experience practicing family law.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Wisconsin.
• Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Strong skills in legal research and analysis.
