2nd Shift Test Technician

We're seeking an experienced Test Technician to work in the engineering department. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a Test Technician. Karman is looking for an energetic and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and equipment. As a test technician, you will be required to perform daily functions such as inspecting critical hardware and processes, conducting / monitoring active tests, collecting required data, and analyzing for conformance to required specifications. Ideally, the candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and report problems that arise with any product or equipment. The test technician will work under the direct supervision of the engineering manager and work closely with other department team members as required.
