As a Security Professional Food Site PT in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a food and beverage production location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents, and you will provide outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of the site. What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the food and beverage production location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related issues.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols within the food and beverage environment.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as needed.
  • Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding incidents or concerns observed during patrols.
  • Support emergency procedures by assisting with evacuations, reporting emergencies, and providing guidance to employees and visitors as required.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
