Office Manager | Real Estate Development & Construction

We’re a growing real estate development and construction firm looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll wear multiple hats — from managing day-to-day office operations to supporting projects, accounting, permitting, and communications.

If you enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and want to be the central hub that keeps projects and operations moving forward, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized files for contracts and project records.
  • Assist with contractor coordination and project documentation.
  • Process invoices and support bookkeeping.
  • Communicate with consultants and contractors to move projects forward.

Typical Day

  • Review project calendar and confirm Team deadlines.
  • Follow up on vendor invoices.
  • Take notes on consultant calls and update project files.
  • Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
  • Who You Are

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (construction, real estate, or architecture preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF editing; experience with QuickBooks, Procore, or project management tools a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Self-starter with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Professional, reliable, and enjoys supporting a small, collaborative team.
