Position Overview : The PPM Practice Lead, Retail AV is a strategic role to drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across Retail OEMs, publishers, Audio Visual (AV) and supply chain distributors. You will build and improve partner relationships, cultivate revenue opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Technical sales leaders. You will be responsible for aggregate revenue growth, margin, and profitability metrics for the PPM practice and will lead the Zones extended team with competitive strategies.

Responsibilities
- Lead best-in-class GTM strategies across Retail OEMs, software, Audio Visual (AV) and Supply Chain Distributors in key verticals : Retail / QSR, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.
- Oversee and strengthen channel relationships, including Managed / Strategic Partners, OEMs, and Software Publishers.
- Maximize vendor exposure and growth / profitability via VIR and MDF; collaborate with Marketing on internal and external programs.
- Work with Sales leadership to ensure the right partners are in place to support customers in this segment.
- Manage certifications and authorization / status with key OEM partners; align with Sales Enablement for ongoing programs.
- Supply Chain Distributors : logistics support, inventory management, technical support, global sourcing, and supplier relationships.
- Partner with Solutions and Delivery : ensure service support for Retail / QSR and PRO AV; field service delivery; TSC services; collaborate with Solutions Architecture for pre-sales support.
- Achieve aggregate revenue and profitability growth for all categories; drive customer acquisition and development through Zones channels; implement margin-enhancing programs (Deal Registration, promotions, bid pricing).
- Meet aggregate Partner Contribution (PC) goals; ensure marketing plans support category growth; oversee marketing campaigns to drive demand and branding in Retail / QSR / Pro AV segments; manage continuous improvement plans to reach PC targets.
- Responsible for key financial metrics and category assets : YTD / QTD / MTD results, marketing project management within revenue recognition, and performance metrics by partner / solution / sales segment.
- Inventory management : apply incentives consistent with Zones strategy and inventory policies.
- Thought leadership : stay informed on industry trends, build cross-departmental relationships, and develop Zones strategies in response to industry evolution; understand competitors' capabilities related to tools, automation, services, pricing, and solutions.
What you will bring to the team
BA / BS in Business Marketing, IT, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).10+ years of experience in product management or product marketing for Retail / AV products and services to various sized organizations.Knowledge of the IT reseller environment and partner marketing programs (special pricing, deal registration, rebates).Experience with Retail / QSR, mobility, kiosk, POS, and other Retail solutions; solid understanding of AV solutions and successful marketing programs.Working knowledge of sales processes and selling techniques for SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Retail segments.Ability to develop and nurture relationships across organizational levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $100,000-120,000.
