job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFollow all state-specific laws governing physical therapy in home care, adhering to the treatment plan set by the supervising PT. Instruct and assist patients with active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, and activities of daily living (ADL). Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment, coordinating care with the healthcare team as needed. Educate patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members about therapy within your scope of practice. A current license, registration, or certification to assist in the practice of physical therapy in your state. Current CPR certification. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transit.
