Key Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement activities and monitor purchase requests for a Research and Development team
Manage hiring requests and scheduling for contingent worker engagements
Prepare status updates and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar coordinating role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience using communication tools such as Outlook, Calendar, and Office 365
Experience with project documentation and reporting
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
