The Sales Manager will drive business development in the U.S. market across our six solution pillars. This is a customer-facing role that requires industrial B2B sales experience and the ability to translate technical solutions into compliance, cost-saving, and sustainability benefits. Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based commission / bonus plan.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with industrial clients (battery plants, automotive manufacturers, welding shops, paint facilities).Lead the full sales cycle : prospecting, proposals, negotiations, contracts.Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions.Track pipeline progress and deliver revenue growth against targets.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to headquarters for strategy adjustment.Qualifications
5+ years in industrial equipment, environmental solutions, or manufacturing sales.Strong network in automotive, energy, or advanced manufacturing sectors preferred.Proven ability to sell complex technical solutions.Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset.Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel.Flexible work from home options available.
