Shift : Full-Time (Days, Evenings, and Weekends)
Salary : $18–$20 per hour
About the Role :
Join Sun Harbor as our Dietary Supervisor and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You’ll assist the Director in overseeing all aspects of meal preparation and service while leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals in compliance with health regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the Director in maintaining strict adherence to Department of Health regulations during meal prep and service.
Create menus and efficiently schedule staff to meet service needs.
Supervise dining services personnel, enforcing policies to guarantee timely, top-notch food service.
Lead Dietary Aides during meal service and ensure thorough cleanup.
Accurately complete all necessary forms and reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
Proven supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical setting.
Training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy.
Strong knowledge of food service practices, procedures, and regulatory guidelines for nursing care facilities.
Practical cooking experience required.
