Missouri Licensed Automotive Service Advisor

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on repair orders from external partners

Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations and pricing standards

Analyze clients' needs and repair orders to create solutions and negotiate order pricing as necessary

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 current ASE certifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must reside in Springfield, Missouri

Six months of customer service experience required

Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
