As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their career in the HVAC industry and gain leadership skills working with and developing junior installer techs.

Key Responsibilities :
- Installation of commercial HVAC systems, Ducting and Ventilation, including but not limited to package units, split systems, ducted and ductless mini splits, air handlers, and VAVs.
- Perform system commissioning, startups and testing to ensure proper system operations.
- Install and support various types of piping (Copper, PVC, Black Iron, and Pro-press) and wiring applications.
- Must Adhere to local and state building codes, ordinances, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Carry tools and equipment to job sites and ensure all materials are organized and readily available.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following industry safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding the status of projects.
- Document daily work activities and report progress to Field Supervisors.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Commercial HVAC / Construction experience.Working knowledge of HVAC systems and basic HVAC electrical troubleshooting.Familiar with various types of piping materials and systems, including but not limited to refrigerant tubing, copper, chiller, and PVC piping.Experience with sheet metal and duct board ductwork, including both shop and field fabrication.Proficient in Soldering / Brazing withing Oxygen and Acetylene.Ability to read and understand plans, isometrics, drawings, and specifications.Strong problem-solving, planning and organizational skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, work at heights, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.Ability to lift and / or move heavy equipment weighing 50+ pounds.Ability to work in a loud environment, with the potential need for ear protection.Pass a national criminal background check.Current driver’s license and clean driving record.High School Diploma or GED.Additional qualifications that would be beneficial in this role include :
HVAC Excellence, NATE, NCI, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, OSHA scissor lift certifications.EPA 608 Certification (or Ability to obtain).TDLR Technician a plus.Pay :
$27-$35 per hour.Service Area :
