Field Superintendent | Direct Hire Opportunity

Pay : Competitive, based on experience

Schedule : Full-Time | 1st Shift | 40-47 hrs per week

Location : Travel required (primarily Midwest, with some overnight / out-of-town work)

About the Role

We are seeking a Field S uperintendent to lead installation crews for paint booth systems. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company, where you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job site. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in construction supervision, mechanical installation, or electrical troubleshooting , and enjoys leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support a crew of 3-5 installers
• Oversee installation, setup, and servicing of paint booths
• Troubleshoot daily issues on-site (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)
• Set up proper airflow and ensure systems operate to specifications
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and tools
• Use iPad / phone to take notes, update records, and utilize company software
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
• Perform additional duties as assigned
