Under moderate supervision, responsible for daily Service Level Agreement monitoring within Commercial Support Services to build out automated reporting and communication. Assist in monitoring and logging of daily quality communications, as well as resolution of items; update corporate communication channels and assist in training as needed. Responsible for establishing benchmarks of service standards, enhancing procedures around these standards, evaluation of performance on services and delivery and ensuring implementation. Aid in the presentation around status updates and reporting results.

This person will also :

  • Assist CSS leadership in initiatives focused on increasing the efficiency of reporting, as well as increasing the automation of reporting around key quality metrics.
  • Assist CSS leadership in facilitating daily Service Level Agreement calls to compile segment status on performance and report SLAs through proper channels. Develop status reporting limits and metrics for each Service Level Agreement.
  • Manage CSS Quality mailbox for issues; work with respective segment leaders for issue resolution. Log issues and work to build out log for automated issue input and reporting.
  • Develop new Standard Operating Procedures around new initiatives and formulate and update SOP manual to reflect new processes for CSS and respective line of business.
  • Identify training opportunities and best practices within Quality industry for implementation.

  • Bachelor's Degree Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred
  • Experience

  • 2-4 years Financial services industry. Required
