Overview

As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences to provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services. You may visit boutiques, purchase online, or return a product; your observations shape the future of luxury.

Responsibilities

  • Choose assignments that align with your preferences and profile
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and engage with sales associates
  • Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience
  • Provide honest feedback through our platform via questionnaires

    • What you will be doing

  • Choose assignments that align with your interests
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and interact with sales teams
  • Observe and report on ambience, service quality, and customer experience
  • Share observations honestly through questionnaires

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Non-Purchase Evaluations : fee based on mission complexity
  • Purchase-Based Evaluations : reimbursement for approved items as stated in the mission brief
  • Potential reimbursement on purchases; compensation for time and input

    • Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Current customer of premium and luxury brands
  • Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality
  • Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Observant and passionate about customer experience
  • No prior experience required; value honest feedback from genuine customers
