As a Leader, Prestige Selling, you boost sales and enhance customer service in Macy’s Beauty department. As the expert on Prestige cosmetics across various brands, you are a beauty supporter who always shows a top-notch service experience by assisting customers and coaching colleagues. Your sharp knowledge of current trends and your skill to lead others makes you a valuable colleague on Macy’s team.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Communication : Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate open and continuous communication within the team and across functional lines.

Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and across departments.

Detail Orientation : Careful attention to detail in handling daily tasks, examining reports and making sure business goals are met

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
