Think is seeking a Business Banker. If you enjoy building relationships with your customers and finding the right solutions for their financial needs, the Business Banker position could be a great fit for you!

As a Business Banker you will actively engage in inquiring conversations with consumer and business customers providing financial care through thoughtful recommendations of products and services. You will work closely with team members to serve as a resource for other front-line staff regarding consumer and business accounts and integrate opportunities to improve our customer's financial well-being. You will work with business customers to open and maintenance accounts, assist with credit requests, and help with questions and support via phone.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Actively engage in conversation with consumer and business customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Open and maintenance consumer and business banking accounts
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of credit rules and principles, including being able to develop effective loan presentations
• Follow up with customers, as appropriate, to be sure their needs are met and their experience is exemplary
• Engage CSC and branch staff to ensure an outstanding, seamless experience for the customers
• Collaborate with business line advisors to provide customers the best options that serve their particular needs
• Ensure the safety and soundness of our organization by following policies and procedures

Education and Experience :

Schedule : This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours / week. Typical hours are 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays from 9 : 00 a.m. - 12 : 30 p.m.

Compensation : $38.09 / hour; non-exempt
