  • POSITION :
  • LPN, 24 hours per week, 7p-7a with rotating weekends & holidays
  • $5,000 Sign On Bonus
  • UNIT OVERVIEW :

ECN -

  • Serving residents in a long term care setting.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patient
  • Compile, compare and record patient care information
  • Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes
  • Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
  • Collaborates with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient
  • SKILLS & ABILITIES :

  • Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient / customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenging situations

  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Active LPN license in state of Nebraska
  • CPR certification
  • One year clinical experience preferred
