The Architectural Studio Manager is a key member of the senior management team at Ware Malcomb. This role supports the Principal or Director in areas such as growth, revenue, profitability, project management, design, staff management, and client relationships within their market area. The manager is responsible for fostering a positive, team-oriented environment, meeting financial goals and deadlines, and assisting in business development.

Your Role

• Manage daily operations and team members in the studio.
• Understand and utilize all financial tools and reports.
• Ensure proposals and contracts are complete and in place.
• Review project budget reports before contract execution.
• Oversee organizational charts, project budgets, revenue projections, and financial reports; prepare monthly business reports.
• Prepare the group’s organizational chart and review staffing needs.
• Market and promote Ware Malcomb to secure new projects; participate in business development and networking events.
• Attend scheduling meetings and maintain contact with Project Managers.
• Participate in hiring and team reviews; assist with recruiting.
• Create and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Support and attend company events promoting health, community, and philanthropy.
