Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Project Manager Engineering, we'll count on you to :

• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline projects with a high degree of technical complexity. Projects typically involve leading a cross-discipline / cross functional team to execute.
• Execute and deliver on multiple projects concurrently.
• Establish client relations and directly support marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Conduct schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with other project and program managers, appropriate technical professionals, and other functional disciplines.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development lifecycle to meet project delivery schedule.
• Work with HDR leadership which includes : Business / Accounting Managers, Project Controllers, and Department Managers for routine project reviews.
• Implement QA / QC procedures.
• Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans.
• Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers.
• Obtain and maintain professional engineering registration.
• Perform other duties as required.
