Material Handler

The Material Handler is responsible for creating kits and packing based on work orders, distributing materials throughout the facility, using SAP for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create kits and distribute them to the production area.
• Create package labels for external customers.
• Work with serial numbers and PO numbers while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory management.
• Operate forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 5 AM to 1 : 30 PM or Monday to Thursday from 5 AM to 3 : 30 PM in a manufacturing environment that can occasionally be loud. Steel toe shoes and safety glasses are required. The assignment is a 90-working-day temp-to-hire position, approximately 4 months. Attendance is crucial, and tenure is highly valued.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
