• Day call 8am - 5pm, night call 5pm - 8am, weekend call 8am - 8am
• Call schedule : 2 shifts per week, 6 - 7 shifts per month
• Approximately 800 deliveries annually
• 30% C-section rate
• Covering deliveries, C-sections, and hysterectomies
• No elective gynecologic procedures
• In-house call coverage needed
• Coverage for established practice
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
