Job Description

Lead and manage on-site construction activities for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of daily tasks on the construction site. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific construction regulations and requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain clear and open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in managing healthcare construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and healthcare industry requirements.
