job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of the company’s QA / QC program for both Dallas and NJ facilities. Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and industry regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure product consistency. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and training logs. Work closely with plant managers, production teams, and engineering to resolve quality issues and implement root-cause corrective actions. Lead training programs for staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Track and report on key quality metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with third-party inspectors or certification bodies as required. Ensure consistent communication and alignment between Dallas and NJ quality teams. 5+ years of QA / QC experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; glass industry experience strongly preferred . Proven experience managing or implementing quality control programs. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis), and regulatory compliance practices. Proficient with quality data tracking systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred. $80,000-90,000 Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave Powered by JazzHR
