General Dentist

Locations : Edgewater, MD

Practice Model : DSO (Dental Support Organization)

Schedule : Full-Time

What You’ll Do :

• Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures : Restorative, Crown & Bridge, Molar Endo, Dentures, Extractions, and Cosmetic
• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene
• Create and implement treatment plans with patient consent
• Collaborate with clinical team members in a patient-focused, supportive environment
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and ensure patient comfort throughout care

Compensation & Benefits :

▪️ 33–35% of collections or

▪️ Daily guarantee of $750–$800 (paid biweekly for 6 months)

Credentialing :

Typically completed in 45 days after signing
