About The Job

This senior HR leader is responsible for setting the strategic direction for all things people partnership across multiple manufacturing sites, including the design and integration of new large-scale production facilities. This role emphasizes visionary leadership and strategic influence that can be cascaded to all levels, partnering with senior stakeholders to build a dynamic, high-performing people strategy across the organization. This role must be able to balance the structure of a manufacturing workforce with innovative strategies that mirror Anduril's progression.

US Salary Range : $168,000 - $252,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
