This senior leadership role demands strong expertise in end-to-end systems solutioning, particularly in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space. The primary focus is on building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, including Fortune 100 companies, by providing expert technical insights and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of both hardware and software technologies to identify new opportunities and enhance the business strategies of existing accounts.

As the Head of HPC Solution Architecture , you will trailblaze in a rapidly growing market with major demand for high performance computing services and solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass leading the creation of customized system solutions, overseeing strategic deals, and serving as the lead technical advisor to clients across a comprehensive range of products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for business growth, ensuring a profitable and sustainable business model while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams to optimize sales performance and delivery outcomes.
• Define, create, and drive vision for the next generation of high-performance computing solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of HPC Engineers, Solution Architects, and Support staff, fostering growth and innovation.
• Maintain accurate forecasts to support efficient product delivery and meet contractual obligations.
• Exercise prudent budget management and oversee inventory levels to support operational efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, leveraging data, channel insights, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with senior management and executives to refine business strategies, including considerations for new product launches.
• Conduct regular visits to customer sites, including major operations, to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Represent the global brand as an industry thought-leader, evangelizing the products and services at industry tradeshows, conferences, and in other professional capacities.
