Summary

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Director in the overall management and strategic planning of educational programs. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to educational excellence, and the ability to effectively manage resources. The Assistant Director will be instrumental in fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring that all educational initiatives align with our institution's goals.

Duties

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans for educational programs.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices.
  • Educate and mentor staff on best practices in education administration.
  • Facilitate communication between administration, faculty, students, and parents.
  • Conduct assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • A degree from an accredited university in Education Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within an educational setting.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and program management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Passion for education and commitment to fostering student success.
