Lead Superintendent
The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for the following :
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on active job sites
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and permits
- Manage logistics, including materials, equipment, and site readiness
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation
- Resolve field issues in collaboration with project managers and engineers
- Represent the company professionally with clients and partners on-site
The Lead Superintendent will have the following experience :
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of MEP systems and vertical construction practicesExperience with public, healthcare, or municipal projects is a plusOSHA 30 certification preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel regionally as neededThe Lead Superintendent can expect :
