Freight Broker Specialist

• Minimum of 3+ years in transportation-related sales or freight brokerage
• Established network and relationships within the transportation space
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business
• Strong understanding of 3PL, supply chain logistics, and freight transportation
• Passion for building and maintaining strong, long-term customer partnerships
• Proficiency in cold outreach and generating new business opportunities
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
