Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Financial institutions seek a highly skilled Credit Risk Professional to analyze and mitigate credit risk within consumer credit portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, using quantitative methods to identify credit risks, develop and deliver credit strategies, and monitor portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities : Apply advanced analytical skills to identify and assess credit risks

Develop and implement credit strategies to mitigate operational and compliance risk

Monitor internal and external factors impacting credit strategy performance

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a Mathematical discipline

2+ years of experience in an analytical field or leading analytical projects, advanced analytics, and risk assessments

Solid knowledge of current coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, or Python

Preferred Qualifications : High proficiency in SAS and SQL, with familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)

Experience analyzing credit risk associated with consumer credit products and identifying root causes of shifts in key portfolio measurements
